Join artist Lisa Jennings in celebration of World Kindness Day. In this workshop, you will create a heart-centered collage inviting you to explore and express your personal relationship with kindness—both the kindness you receive and the kindness you give. With the heart shape serving as a universal symbol of compassion, care, and emotional truth, each collage becomes a mirror of how you carry, offer, and witness kindness in the world.

 

In this workshop, you will begin by tracing or freehand-drawing a large heart shape, a heart that becomes the container for your reflections, followed by incorporating a range of mixed media, such as gentle hues, handwritten affirmations, meaningful textures, and soft materials, as you build your piece. You will come away with a uniquely layered piece that is emotionally resonant, tactile, and deeply personal.
