In this workshop\, you will create a heart-centered collage inviting you to explore and express your personal relationship with kindness—both the kindness you receive and the kindness you give. With the heart shape serving as a universal symbol of compassion\, care\, and emotional truth\, each collage becomes a mirror of how you carry\, offer\, and witness kindness in the world. In this workshop\, you will begin by tracing or freehand-drawing a large heart shape\, a heart that becomes the container for your reflections\, followed by incorporating a range of mixed media\, such as gentle hues\, handwritten affirmations\, meaningful textures\, and soft materials\, as you build your piece.
