Moonlight and Magnolias

The Fifth Annual Moonlight and Magnolias returns to the MACC bigger and better than ever. The MACC’s premier annual fundraiser, Moonlight and Magnolias is an elegant black-tie gala event that brings together many of Sumner County’s most prominent arts patrons for an evening of art, music, fine dining and dancing. Each Moonlight and Magnolias highlights a different artist, whose works hang in our galleries. These artists also conduct master classes for our students, and they create a new work for the MACC’s permanent collection. This year’s artist is Kre8, whose style is steeped in graffiti art, tattoo artistry and Surrealism.
The schedule for the Fifth Annual Moonlight and Magnolias includes:
- April 25, 6 p.m., Pre-Gala Auction Party called “Blues and Tattoos” at The Standard.
- April 27, 6 p.m., Gala Black-Tie Event at The Magnolia Cottage. Guest Speaker: Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett.
- April 28, Noon, Brunch with artist Kre8 at the MACC.
