Discover the bold beauty that happens when fire meets fluid color. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll combine the strength of iron with the luminous vibrancy of colored resin. We’ll begin by designing and preparing custom molds, then carefully pour molten iron to form durable, intricate shapes. Once the metal cools, you’ll bring each piece to life by filling voids, cracks, or intentional patterns with brilliant resin hues, creating dramatic contrasts and textures.

Along the way, you’ll gain practical skills in mold-making, metal casting, and resin artistry—blending industrial techniques with creative freedom. Each participant will leave with a truly one-of-a-kind creation that captures both power and beauty.

The workshop is appropriate for adults, teens, and older children under supervision. 

The $150 fee covers all supply costs.  Please be aware that this class will be held at Val’s studio located at 2853 Rural Hill Circle in Nashville.

The two-day workshop is 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Space is very limited.
