Join artist Lisa Jennings for this special healing arts workshop centered on matters of the heart. In this workshop, you will  explore emotions like love, vulnerability, grief, and joy. With watercolors, acrylic, pastels, and collage, you will create a mixed-media piece representing the heart and its emotional story connecting with your inner emotional landscape, fostering healing and self-compassion.

This special workshop will be held on Saturday, February 8, 10:30 am -1:30pm at Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center and is open to adults of all ages.
