Healing Arts Workshop: Creative Reflections

It’s indisputable that living in today’s world is challenging, and we are all deserving of a healthy, supportive outlet. Creating art has a cathartic way of allowing us to discover deeper meanings to our whirlwind of emotions. Come explore and express yourself in this Healing Arts practice, where you will be guided with a simple and thoughtful prompt. You will be provided with a variety of materials, and have the freedom to choose whatever strikes you for the project. In the last segment of class, there will be time to share your art and reflect on the creative process, uncovering new insights and perspectives on the unique life in front of you!
Please join Healing Arts facilitators Kara Williamson and Drew Kirk for this special workshop on Saturday, June 15th 1:00 – 4:00 pm at Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center. This workshop is open to adults of all ages. No prior art experience is necessary.
