Monthaven Art and Cultural Center
Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center’s annual black-tie gala is the social event of the season. Elizabeth and Jim Carmody serve as this year’s Gala Chairs. International artist extraordinaire Stas Namin will be on hand to greet guests. About 60 of his works will be on display in the galleries.
The guest speaker for the Fourth Annual Moonlight & Magnolias will be Lois Riggins-Ezzell, director emeritus of the Tennessee State Museum. John Block, executive vice president of the Park West Gallery, will serve as compère.
The evening’s proceedings will also include dinner, dancing and a live art auction to benefit the MACC’s arts education and outreach programming.
