David Wright: Artist Talk & Book Signing

Artist and historian H. David Wright will be on hand for the signing of his new book David Wright: Historian with a Brush. The book, published by Grandin Hood, features more than 200 images of Wright’s masterful historic paintings. Beautifully detailed paintings of the Western Frontier, Civil War and American Indians takes center stage in Wright’s work. Some of his remarkably colorful and expressive landscapes are also included. As part of this special event, David will join Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center Executive Director Cheryl Strichik for an illuminating Artist Talk. Meet David and hear the stories behind his work as you enjoy light refreshments.
