Are your holidays bittersweet? Do you feel extra lonely when the tree lights up? Does that special Christmas carol bring tears of sadness, and sometimes you feel like you just want to hide? You are not alone…
Find solace and healing in a supportive group setting led by Healing Arts Coordinator, Sarah Huffman. Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, the stress of family gatherings, or simply the weight of holiday expectations, let the creative process help you explore and express these complex emotions. Spend this time working through four expressive arts exercises which will help with grief, stress, loneliness, or the blues to find comfort and uncover your incredible power of resilience.
The workshop is appropriate for adults of all ages. No artistic experience is necessary. The $75 fee covers all supply costs and refreshments.
The two-day workshop is 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 9th (includes a light lunch) and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 10th (includes beverages). To register click HERE.
