DESCRIPTION:From Brayer to Brush showcases original woodblock prints by master printmaker Jim Sherraden\, whose richly patterned works evoke textiles\, nature\, and decades of innovation shaped by his 34-year tenure at Nashville’s iconic Hatch Show Print. Prior to the exhibition’s opening reception\, an artist talk will take audiences through a chronological journey of his career\, from the work that led him to Hatch Show Print\, through key projects created there\, to the work he has made since departing in 2018.
