They will explore layering and blending techniques to achieve smooth transitions of color\, as well as how to use highlights and contrast to capture the glassy\, reflective quality of the marble. This terrific quartet oozes world-class songcraft and innate musicality paired with sweet vocal harmonies\, moving lyrics\, and taut\, exciting solos. They smoothly marry bluegrass instrumentation (banjo\, mandolin\, Dobro) to breezy California country rock\, gritty blues\, and pop. It’s also worth noting that every member of Cimarron 615 – Jack Sundrud\, Michael Webb\, Rick Lonow and Ronnie Guilbeau – is a respected songwriter\, skilled singer and virtuosic instrumentalist. If you’re a fan of The Eagles\, Poco\, Flying Burrito Brothers and The Byrds\, you’ll love Cimarron 615. \nAll concert series performances take place beneath the stars on the lawn of beautiful Monthaven mansion. Bring your blankets\, lawn chairs and appetites and enjoy food and beverages available from Calidogs\, Bruster’s Ice Cream\, Sugar Shack and Music City Brisket.
